WE ARE MOVING - CLICK THE BUTTON ON THE RIGHT!

I have an announcement...

The UKRFN is moving...!

Please visit us over at www.ukrawfoodnetwork.co.uk

From this Friday the 1st March 2013 we are moving everything over to the new network.

For most existing members we have already moved your accounts and discussions etc over to the new network. For those of you who are new, please head straight over there now...

This 'OLD' network will be closing over the next couple of months, so I suggest you make your move as soon as possible to make sure that you take with you all that you are looking to keep :)

I look forward to seeing you soon :)

All the best,

James Alexander your UKRFN Administrator :)

Members

Welcome :)

This is a great place to start your journey learning about Raw Food and a Raw Food Diet.

If you are looking into Raw for the first time, then you might want to go to our Raw Beginner's Tips page.

There are many members here who are starting out for the first time, experimenting with a Raw Diet...

There are others who are an 'Old Hand' at raw.

Also there are some who offer services to support you on your journey :)

My first move to raw was about 15yrs ago now, it made a big change to my life, although I since had a number of years as a 'cookie' again. About four years ago, I developed a balanced diet of about 80 - 95% raw, where I feel clear, energised and generally seem much younger :)

• If you are looking for a healthy balanced diet then you might find the raw diet to be of benefit?

• If you are looking to detox and cleanse your body from years of toxic buildup, then raw can help!

• If you are searching for a natural diet where you feel peaceful, energised and light, this could help:)

Everyone is welcome, so please do join up for FREE :)
