I follow the high fruit way of doing things, and let me tell you it can be expensive! I estimate i spend £50-£100 on fruit a week, but the high energy and bliss factor makes it well worth it!
Heres what i had yesterday-
breakfast- ten bananas smoothie
lunch- 5 mango 5 papaya
dinner- 2 pineapples then a big green salad.
I dont use oils or nuts and seeds much because they slow me down.
Hmm, Im kinda sad to see this sort of thing in the raw food world. People saying their way is the only way, and others are idiots liars and tricksters. I thought raw people would be a bit more open minded and accepting than that. I remember being saddened about similar things in the world of Reiki when I was new to that. Just my take. x

unripe fruit can rot teeth, ussually over several teeth. Most people who eat loads of fruit have far better teeth than people who eat other diets. I can show you some videos if you like.
It is out of respect for your health that i try to dispell the myths rampant in raw food- things like a high fat diet being good (gourmet raw, oils, nuts seeds in anything but miniscule quantities), sea salt, fruit phobia, gimmicks and fads like raw water etc....I was very polite to james he was the one mounting an offensive with absolutely no facts or sources to back up his outlandish claims...;)
