Kate Magic - what an inspiration!
I met Kate Magic yesterday at a talk she did in Birmingham
I have watched her, along with tons of other raw foodies, on youtube. She looks pretty healthy....but....wow, in the flesh.............she is absolutely AWESOME!
I have never seen anyone glow like that, it was like she gave off light. Her skin was like that of a young child, it looked soft and silky and glowing. She smiled the whole evening, she was centred, calm , polite, iteresting and engaged with everyone who spoke to her. Sitting with her having a cup of tea at the end of the evening was like sitting with an old friend
What a testament to raw she is; all the work she has put in over the last 20 years. She doesn't really need to speak - the glow alone would sell raw to most people. She says her body feels like a really great place to be and you can tell she loves her beingness.
If anyone hasn't met any long term raw foodies yet - seek them out, it's all the inspiration you will ever need

The other person I see that glow with is Angela Stokes Monarch. She really shines as well and looks soooo healthy. I don't agree that raw food works for everyone but it certainly does for some people and it is good to see.

I agree Jane, Kate is coming to where I live this Summer & out of all the Raw Foodists I have listened and watched over the past 2 years, Kate feels to me, the most grounded, centred & knowledgeable.
There is a quite confidence, which is what I look for in Truth looking forward to hearing her talk xxx

totally with you on this, Kate is so beautiful and loving in her sharing of raw. Met her again over the weekend at VegFestUK and had a lovely chat with her at the end of the day, and WHAT A GLOW!!! xxxxxxx

Scumptious Kate will be back in Birmingham at the Tree of Life Festival in Moseley on 10th/11th April

The festival gets better all the time; the organisers are doing an amazing job and are soon bringing Karen Knowler and even Brian Clements (later in the year) to Birmingham for talks
This years festival has a big raw food focus and all the catering will be raw.
