If there are types of food, such as crisps, breads, etc or if fruit and salad are great in your little ones view?
Asnat, Is there any particular criteria you are aiming to fill?

My son's are very fussy and prefer a more uk standard diet. One of my son's won't even eat wholemeal bread..and was told by a teacher that he doesn't like it..which made me feel guilty..not sure how I'm to get them on the raw stuff. Most veg and fruit comes back home untouched, so I tend to stick to just apples and strawberries which I know they will eat, 50/50 bread sandwich and a flapjack or something..which isn't the best.
I'm sure you do better than me Asnat, but I struggle with ideas and also sometimes I'm stuck with convenience shops if I haven't done a weekly shop at the time.
I have found my sons are more interested in vegan foods though which is a step forward.

Permalink Reply by Asnat on February 10, 2012 at 20:48 I don't think I'm doing better then you. One of my sons loves to eat salad and fruits in his lunch box. but my other son want white bread. and don't like so much the bread we make at home. he want candy and juice like all the children. I give him natural fruit smoothie that I buy. and he loves it. It is not ideal, but I want him to feel happy with his food. and be like his friends which is very important to him.
With him the raw food coming slowly because I want him to love it. not to think of it as "something my mother made me eat"... That why I'm looking for fun and tasty things I can give him. What do you think?

I like them but my children wont eat them purely based on looks I think.
