Raw Food and Yoga Retreats
I am in the process of putting together a Raw Food and Yoga retreat over here in the UK. We
are planning to hold it for a week in either October or November of this year and although I have a pretty good idea of what I will be offering it is always good to seek the opinion of others.
So, with that in mind maybe you would all be so kind as to let me know what your top 5 criteria for a retreat such as this would be and any other comments you might have - and of course let me know if you are actually interested in coming and joining us and I can let you have more information.

Hi Sass,
A lot has happened in my life since I wrote this post (back in 2010). As you have probably gathered I no longer live in the UK and my hubby and I are traveling around Southern Europe in a caravan living a very simple life in the sun :)
I have linked up with a lovely lady here in Spain though and we are setting up a 'Wellness Centre' at her holiday finca (estate) holding lots of workshops and retreats.
We have a weekend detox retreat planned for the end of April (27th - 29th) that I will be advertising here over the weekend.
It will be a mind, body and spirit detox (name to be decided upon today) There will be yoga, raw food and EFT - (emotional freedom technique) together with a special fun element on the Saturday night.
As I said we are in the final stages of putting it together and hope to get started with the advertising this weekend so keep your eyes peeled and hope you can make it.
If not, then we have other events planned for this year that I can let you know about in due course and there is always the possibility that I will return to the UK to facilitate the odd retreat or two as well.
