Not bad but what do the last two clips have to do with raw food?  Sorry if I seem thick, I am just a girlie after all, but I do like to learn stuff.  I did know about Tesla, was he a raw vegan?

The first clip is very elegant and simply shows how bad sugar is.

What are the aims of this site so I might be able to add a bit of info or is it just for fact freaks - in the nicest possible way, and that would not make me leave?

I will search and see what I can contribute.  There is so much to learn about how our bodies use food and non food - sugar and the like.  I just hope more people use this site and add what they know.
