I try to be careful with nuts and oil but a lot of reciepies use them I tried G.Douglas approach to get carbs mainly from sweet fruit but its very hard to maintain and ultimatley very restrictive .At mo probably have 50% ish raw would like to increase it .Where are you with it at mo x

I find, I never have much wind either way, and breath and teeth are fine, no cooked rotting food stinking up my system.
v clean way to be. I brush my teeth with aloe toothpaste.
Now if you've had some onion bread then yes your breath might stink hehe
Its easy to make, but I might be selling it online soon, Im contemplating opening a raw take-away/ raw support package
I dabble in music, but need to be more productive, gonna dj a mixCD tomorrow..

I think it would work well, Im thinking of tieing it in with a full package of support and advice.
So one would sign up for a 1 or 2 month package to help transit over, with staple raw foods sent maybe twice a week, to help with the cravings for cooked food.
Nope. No resteraunts and no raw peeps round here. not many veggies either, same everywhere really. Raw is practically unheard of !
I play mainly reggae and dub.
Music is the key ; )
