I may well need to draw on your expertise especially about exercise - although I've been feeling *great* eating raw I haven't been able to do some gym classes with weights that I used to do without getting really worn out. I used to drink whey protein shakes! But I really want to cut chemicals out and eat naturally now. The benefits of eating this way are already making themselves apparent but maybe I'd be better changing over slowly rather than trying to go 100%?
