pity youre miles away but can keep in touch via this anyway.
i keep going on raw then off raw, i'm despo trying to keep raw but i keep going mad on nuts and then putting weight on which freaks me out so then i stop raw and eat 'normal' for a bit until i then miss my smoothies and juices so get back on raw but then go round in the same circl lol i am mad i think. Any suggestions to step away from the nuts?

Aura was raised a raw dog but over the years she has transitioned to a conventional diet with no raw meat now as I find it too difficult to store and handle in an almost vegan environment, but she is now high raw veggie dog with a small portion of dry Burns Chicken and Rice each morning and afteroon with lots of veggie/fruit pulp in it plus reishi mushroom powder and sometimes other herbs and raw scraps of veg peelings and the like.

She has had late stage breast cancer for almost 2 years now and amazes us every day with her energy and vitality, although at almost 13 she is much slower now.  I would love to know if there are any other herbs or goodies she would benefit from to make her life even better.

I would like to book onto one of your juice feasting weeks this summer please - looking to take off for a week of deep healing somewhere I get to relax and not have to do all the prep myself!!

Aura loves seaweeds and eats them willingly, I have just made nori crisps and she sits and waits for them!

Wonder if I can find kelp sheets in the uk instead of powder?

What does the clay do? She sometimes has open cysts on her breasts and has one at the moment which I bathe with coloidal silver to keep it clean...they weep a clear liquid and have been on and off since she was diagnosed.

thanks Natalie.  It has been lovely here for the last 4 days too, and the baby kale and saladings are looking well...so looking forward to the arrival of a poly tunnel in about 4 weeks time!  Then we will grow cucumber, tomato, melon and many other delights!
