Happy new Year everyone and especially James for doing all this and keeping us all in the picture!
Am ready to have a go at some of these warm soup recipes as finding it a bit difficult to stay with the raw food now it's colder- but willing to try!
love Alison

2012 is newly arrived, my birthday is tomorrow and this year I am bound and determined to finally get well and recover from fibromyalgia. I am a great believer in superfoods and superherbs but I am operating on a small budget so I have to target my few pennies carefully to make sure I get as much benefit as possible from what I buy. An exciting superfood has come to my notice that is (relatively) cheap, has such an incredible nutritional profile that it can be used like a multivitamin…

A yummy yummy winter salad bursting with vitamin C and flavour!
Buy a kilo of organic Sicilian oranges (small and sweet and not necessarily outwardly attractive)
Peel them and slice them through the segments in about 1-2 cm thick slices

Hi all,
I am 41, a mother of 2 young gorgeous children, an avid cook and currently finding it a real challenge to go raw.
Have tried going 50% raw, which is quite achievable (although not everyday; especially when bad food cravings kick in).
My struggle is to go towards achieving 60% raw for 2 days as beginner's attempt before going for 100% for one full day...and so on.
I guess although I can make up some good raw recipes, the absence…

Hi,
Its a bit bizarre really as I have been searching the web for somewhere with the right feel for writing about what interests me.
Wordpress? Yes, its a great but to be honest I find all of the side-bar apps, widgets (options) just a little more than very distracting. I am not really one to worry about whether my guests have something else to entertain them or will click a link to my favourite product. I am more concerned with learning to…

Well it has been about six months since I took the first tentative step on the raw journey, so time to take stock.
I will start by saying that my main motivation was the fact that I have been really ill for a number of years with something (I can't name what as I never got an official diagnosis) that conventional medicine didn't appear able to help with. Think somewhere along the lines of a major sleep disorder coupled with the symptoms of something like Chronic fatigue…
