Hi all,

I am 41,  a mother of 2 young gorgeous children, an avid cook and currently finding it a real challenge to go raw.

Have tried going 50% raw, which is quite achievable (although not everyday; especially when bad food cravings kick in).

My struggle is to go towards achieving 60% raw for 2 days as beginner's attempt before going for 100% for one full day...and so on.

I guess although I can make up some good raw recipes, the absence of those essentials superfoods is kinda pulling me down as they are soooo expensive! For a beginner that is..(I do spend a lot on the best affordable food).

I am wondering if there are other beginners who finds this new journey an expensive one? And ideas on making it affordable and yet more interesting.
