Cup pinenuts (soaked)
Garlic
Dulse
Pollen
Tomato
Chilli
Nutritional yeast (optional)
Process to a chunky paste.
Sauce
Tomatoes (or red peppers)
Chilli
Raw honey
Lime juice
Nutritional yeast (optional)
Blend.
Take a large Romaine lettuce leaf and spread with the 'meat', top with the sauce, then add sliced avocado and sprouts. Roll and enjoy!
