Red onion (finely chopped)
1 tomato (finely chopped)
1/2 red pepper (finely chopped)
Red chilli (chopped)
Sprouts
Lime juice
Cayenne
Nutritional yeast (optional)
Avocado
Place first 8 ingredients into a large bowl. Scoop out the avocado and mash the flesh into the other ingredients. Fill the avocado shells.
