A yummy yummy winter salad bursting with vitamin C and flavour!
Buy a kilo of organic Sicilian oranges (small and sweet and not necessarily outwardly attractive)
Peel them and slice them through the segments in about 1-2 cm thick slices
Arrange them on a flat dish; add a dash of Himalayan salt and grind some fresh black pepper over them.
A sprinkling of delicious organic olive oil - and enjoy your delicious Orange Salad!
(If you can't get the Sicilian ones, any smaller type of orange will do. Avoid the big watery ones as they have very little flavour)
