Well week one deteriorated
Lesson at first at least I need to be strict about 100 % until the habit is embedded
Today I had a chocolate pudding for breakfast and a pear. The chocolate pudding was based on avocado and banana so quite filling
I have a herb based buckwheat thing and some humous and salad to go ontop for morning snack and my favourite courgette pasta with marinara sauce for lunch and dried fruit and cherries for afternoon snack
I am a grocery tart - I go to all the local supermarkets and buy whatever each one has cheapest and use ethnic shops for some stuff as they are much cheaper - something to do on a sunday afternoon LOL
Bored at work very bored but trying to change that work should not feel like a prison
